Ana + Hannah's Garden Wedding at the Darlington House

So honored to have been part of Ana and Hannah’s beautiful garden wedding at the historic Darlington House in La Jolla, CA—recently featured in SA Life (South Australian Life)! Both LAX coaches at the University of Michigan, Ana and Hannah chose the West Coast for their celebration to make it easier for Hannah’s Australian family to attend.

The brides came to my studio for their trials—Ana with me and Hannah with our amazing team artist Eileen. It was so much fun to see them together, giving feedback on each other’s looks and really collaborating to create something that felt like them.

On the big day, the brides got ready separately, leading to the sweetest and most romantic first look. After exchanging incredibly thoughtful vows, the party officially kicked off—and it did not disappoint. Let’s just say the Aussies lived up to their reputation for knowing how to party!

A week later, Ana and Hannah pulled off a surprise second wedding in Australia, followed by a mini honeymoon and a quick pivot back to the field—Hannah was prepping to play with the Australian national team shortly after. Total power couple energy.
